1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SimplePlan Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

SimplePlan Media provides a range of design services, including but not limited to branding, UX/UI design, web development, web audits, illustrations, motion design, marketing and other related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

3. Payment Terms

1. Pricing: The pricing for our services is based on the scope of work and the type of project. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.
2. Payment: Clients are required to make payments for services through our secure online payment system or through wire transfer. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods.
3. Currency: All transactions are processed in the local currency. If you are an international client, please be aware that standard currency exchange rates and additional fees may apply.

4. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, SimplePlan Media retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the deliverables produced during the provision of services. Ownership will be transferred to the respective client once the final settlement of all invoices has been completed.
2. Client Materials: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any materials provided to SimplePlan Media for use in the design process.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared between the client and SimplePlan Media will be kept confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, project details, marketing content, business strategies, and any other proprietary information.

However, certain client contact information (such as name, email address, and phone number) may be used in accordance with Section 11 (“Marketing & Communication Consent”) below.

6. Termination of Services

SimplePlan Media reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason. Clients may also terminate services according to the terms outlined in the agreement signed before the initiation of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

SimplePlan Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

9. Changes to Terms

SimplePlan Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Marketing & Communication Consent

By engaging with SimplePlan Media, you consent to the collection and use of your contact details (including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number) for the following purposes:

• Sharing design insights, newsletters, and marketing-related content.

• Conducting remarketing campaigns through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital platforms.

You may opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails, replying “STOP” to WhatsApp messages, or contacting us directly at hello@simpleplanmedia.com.

SimplePlan Media will never sell, rent, or disclose your contact information to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
