Once we aligned on building a new D2C sub-brand, Episode 2 took us into the Discovery session—an open, honest conversation with the Amaltas team. We unpacked fears, goals, and deeper questions about the brand’s purpose and audience.
Guided by a detailed questionnaire, we mapped personas, explored positioning, and surfaced insights that moved us from assumptions to clarity, guiding us to build a strong strategy.

Most branding mistakes happen because no one slowed down to ask the right questions. A Discovery session prevents that—it’s where clarity begins, alignment is built, and blind spots get exposed before they become expensive.
The questionnaire helps gather critical input before the Discovery session. It surfaces thoughts, gaps, and priorities from the client’s side—so we’re not starting from scratch in the room.
It forces the clients to think about things they haven’t before.
User personas are fictional profiles that represent key segments of your target audience. They include behaviours, motivations, frustrations, and context. Personas aren’t about making up characters—they’re about seeing your customer with empathy and specificity.
Knowing youra target audience is about what they need, what they’re missing, and how your brand fits into that picture. If you can define the customer’s context, you can define your brand’s role.
Positioning defines where your brand sits in the market—and in the customer’s mind. It sets you apart and gives people a reason to choose you.
Your positioning isn’t what you say. It’s what they remember.
A brand strategy connects intention to execution. It translates business goals into emotional impact. Done right, it makes design, messaging, and marketing feel like they’re all speaking the same language.
