Once we aligned on building a new D2C sub-brand, Episode 2 took us into the Discovery session—an open, honest conversation with the Amaltas team. We unpacked fears, goals, and deeper questions about the brand’s purpose and audience.

Guided by a detailed questionnaire, we mapped personas, explored positioning, and surfaced insights that moved us from assumptions to clarity, guiding us to build a strong strategy.
